For Strata Managers, a Safety Compliance check needs to be completed at least once annually. Residential homes can help with insurance and safety compliance to complete regularly.

4 . Do you need a qualified Electrician?

Yes. You should always have a qualified Electrician conduct a check on your Electrical switchboard of wiring. This will ensure that it is done properly and safely

5 . Do you provide reports? What do the reports contain?

Yes. We provide a comprehensive Thermoscan Inspection report with photos included. A summary of the inspection will be provided, including:
